Travelling Bartender

We’ve owned these for a few years now. The best glassware we’ve used. Regular glassware if they fell, would most likely break, and sometimes in the dishwasher glasses would chip. NOT THESE!!! Of course if you drop them enough they will break, but we’ve had none break yet, and we are clumpsy. They are very sturdy. they have a unique design. Heavy weighted.

As others have stated this is very good glassware.

Quality material which arrived with no imperfections. The base is very wide and thick which gives the glass some real weight and stability. The body of the glass is adequately thick and has an attractive and unique design that is also very ergonomic, it just feels good in your hand. The top 1/2 inch or so is not wavy like the rest of the glass allowing your lips to make solid contact where you will drink.

Great quality, design and a fair price. I expect these will stand the test of time.

Side note – Bormioli Rocco and a tack sized star-burst symbol are inconspicuously etched into the bottom center of the glass.

In reality, these glasses look even better than the picture suggests they will. Note that the diameter is greater than that of the cooler glasses in the same style. The glasses feel great and are sturdy, reasonably thick glass. They look so good we plan to buy some additional ones to guard against future breakage (though, as I said, these are quite sturdy).

These glasses are just the right weight and the crazy design help you hold the glasses easier. We bought the other gleasses that are in this family and we are happy will all of them.

these glasses have such an artistic design, they are gorgeous! they look like ice cubes:-) not only are they sturdy glasses, but the design makes the grip VERY easy to hold without slippage. i’m soooo happy i got these!

This is my second set and I’m considering another just to be sure we always have these glasses. They are both sturdy and are designed to make them easily held with an ergonomic feel to them too. You will love these glasses!

When my husband and I created our wedding registry, we read review after review of glassware that broke. Bormioli glasses, however, seemed to get good reviews. We’ve had them now for 2 1/2 years and not a single break or chip. We have the juice glasses, on-the-rocks glasses, and water glasses–about 30 pieces in total.

We also chose these because we loved the design–we are big hikers with a great love of nature. The shape of these reminded us of natural formations found in nature. Everyone comments on how beautiful and fun they are. They are funky without being wacky; whimsical yet not so silly that they can’t be used on a more formal holiday table. We love them and couldn’t be more pleased. I would definitely purchase more Bormioli products.

I waited 1 year to write this review…..I generally do not own ‘glass’ glasses, I break them! I have owned 2 sets of the water glasses & 2 sets of the old fashions and LOVE LOVE LOVE these glasses! They are durable, great looking, easy to wash(no indent on bottom to catch water!) I have lost 1 glass but not to my fault! My kitten knocked the glass off a counter onto a concrete floor. Incredibly the glass did break but only at top and in only 3 pieces. No shatter. Would highly recommend these to anyone and am ordering an addition set to complete my set of 12.
